Exhibition Logistics and Guidelines
Note: Detailed and personalized guidelines, including booth dimensions, load-in schedules, and specific regulations, will be communicated directly to each exhibitor. It is imperative for exhibitors to stay in close contact with the AYLCUS logistics team for any updates or clarifications.

1. Logistics:

a. Booth Assignments: Booth assignments will be communicated to exhibitors in advance. Each exhibitor will receive a designated space based on their sponsorship tier and requirements.

b. Load-in and Load-out: - Detailed schedules for load-in and load-out will be provided closer to the exhibition date. - Exhibitors must adhere to the designated timelines to ensure a smooth flow of logistics.

c. Security Measures: - Security personnel will be present to monitor the exhibition area throughout the event. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their booths and valuables.

d. Storage Facilities: - Limited storage facilities may be available for exhibitors. Details will be communicated individually. - Exhibitors are encouraged to plan their booth setup efficiently to minimize storage needs.

2. Booth Setup:

a. Booth Design and Layout: - Exhibitors are responsible for designing their booths. Custom designs are permitted within the allocated space. - Booths must be visually appealing and align with the overall aesthetic of the summit.

b. Booth Amenities: - Basic amenities such as tables, chairs, and electricity will be provided. Additional booth amenities and decora are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

c. Branding and Signage: - Clear signage with the exhibitor's nam and a brief description is required. - Exhibitors may utilize banners posters, and digital displays for branding.
d. Product Displays: - Products and promotional materials should be displayed neatly and attractively. - Exhibitors must ensure that their displays do not obstruct neighbouring booths.

3. Marketing Opportunities:

a. Official Event Catalogue: - All exhibitors will be featured in the official event catalogue distributed to attendees. - Detailed information about each exhibitor, including contact details and offerings, will be included.

b. Online Presence: - Exhibitors will have the opportunity to be featured on the official AYLCUS website. - Social media promotions and mentions will highlight exhibitors leading up to and during the summit.

c. Networking Events: - Dedicated networking sessions will be organized, providing exhibitors the chance to connect with summit attendees, sponsors, sors, and other exhibitors.

4. Regulations:

a. Customs and Duties: - AYLCUS is working in partnership with the Nigerian Customs Service to facilitate a smooth process and potentially reduce customs duties on imported exhibition materials. - Exhibitors are advised to stay updated on customs regulations and work closely with the AYLCUS logistics team.

b. Compliance: - Exhibitors must comply with local regulations and event guidelines. Any special requests or considerations should be communicated in advance.

c. Health and Safety: - Exhibitors are responsible for the health and safety of their booth setup. - Compliance with all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines, is mandatory.

d. Environmental Considerations: - Exhibitors are encouraged to adopt eco-friendly practices in booth setup and product displays. - Minimization of waste and responsible disposal practices are appreciated.
