A former CEO of the Barbados Tourism Product Authority and Director of Tourism Development, where she served as advisor to the Minister, she has helped shape tourism policy in Barbados and the wider Caribbean, including crafting Barbados' White Paper on the Development of Tourism 2012-2022 A double graduate of the University of the West Indies and Florida International University, Dr. Hall holds a Ph.D. in Tourism History and is co-author of Island in the Sun.
